"Then another drill to work on your drops is you get on a football field that has a 5 yard increments on it, you get on the yard line. It is called a 8-6-4-2 drill, you take 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, drop kick. Then you go 6 steps 1,2,3,4,5,6, like that. Now you do 4 steps 1,2,3,4 and the 2 steps which is your normal kick but you still don't kick the ball. Like that."
