"Okay the first and more important thing about kicking is stretching and I'm going to go through all the stretches with you. Start with bring your knees and pull it to your chest walking for about 5 yards. Stretching out your legs and then come back and you pull your leg up and in to stretch out your hip. Try to keep your balance."
