Series Summary

Modern football began in 1874 and has been a famed American sport for competitive teams of all ages. The object of the games is to advance the football into the opposing team’s end zone. This is called a touchdown. There are other ways to gain points in football including two-point conversions and field goals. The team with the most touchdowns or other points wins. As a kicker or punter it is your responsibility to either make the field goal or extra point or kick the ball as far down field as possible.

This is a great video clip series that will follow every aspect of how to punt better in football. Our expert will walk you through everything from catching the deep snap to how to properly drop the ball and how to get more distance on your kicks. The team has worked hard to be in a position to call on you so it's important that you respond well to it and give them the best kick you can. This series will help you with that but practice is where it's at. It's the only way you'll get better but these videos are a close second!

"on how to punt. Okay the first and most important thing is about kicking is stretching and I'm going to go through all the stretches with you. First is just feet together reaching down. Stretch for about 10 seconds. Then you relax and then you go right over left. And you switch it left over right. Then you spread and go down on your right leg."
