Video Transcript

" It is called a chest fly. Same position as chest press, you are going to lie flat on you back with your feet either on the floor or on the bench. Your abs are going to be really tight and I am going to extend the dumbbells up toward the ceiling, slightly bending your elbows, you are going to move from the shoulder joint and not the elbow joint. So you are not going to bend and extend your elbows during this exercise. So slightly bend the elbows to the position that you want to keep them in. Coming straight up towards the ceiling and you are going to inhale as you open out from the shoulders and exhale, close them and start from the beginning point, inhale as you open and exhale as you squeeze, good, inhale and exhale, good job and exhale, very good. Remember to have a little loose grip on the dumbbells, you do not want to squeeze too tight, exhale, perfect."
