" The next exercise I am going to do is called a hammer curl and you are going to need to do these with dumbbells. Go ahead and grab the appropriate weight for you. Feet are going to be hip width apart at least, abs are tight, standing up straight. Your palms are going to be facing inside. You are not going to turn them to face forward, keeping your hands by your side, elbows pinned to your side and you are going to exhale as you bring the dumbbell up towards your chest, palms facing you and inhale as you lower, exhale as you lift, fully extend the arm, but you do not want to lock them out and inhale, exhale and inhale, very good. You can also alternate arms with hammer curl, good. Keeping them here, palms remain facing inside, inhale and exhale or you can do both at the same time. More balance is required if you alternate one moment at a time, good."
