" The next exercise I am going to show you is a biceps curl with a free weight bar. We are going to use the barbell, go ahead and pick it up and you are going to stand up nice and tall, abs are tight and palms are facing forward. You are going to make sure that your elbows are pinned into your side the whole time and you are going to exhale as you crawl the bar all the way up, bring in as close to your chest as possible and inhale as you lower, good, exhale as you lift and inhale as you lower, very good. You can do different variations, you can bring the bar all the way up and halfway down and exhale or you can bring the bar halfway up and all the way down, good or you can continue to go all the way up exhale and all the way down. All three of the variations work the biceps and inhale, good job."

on 02/08/2008 These video clips were really helpful. I just started a weight lifting class and could not get the correct positions down. I was afraid I was going to blow out my knees or hurt myself. Ricketta is a great trainer. She is clear and precise. Is it possible to buy a complete dvd of her program? Best, Elijah
