" The last free weight exercise I am going to show you using legs is called Romanian dead lift. It is very important to pay attention to your form during this exercise. Your feet are going to come hip width apart. Hips, knees and toes are facing forward. You navel is going to come to your spine and when you bend, you are going to really focus on sticking the buttocks back, bending at your hip flexors and keeping your shoulders back. Your back remains flat, slight bending your knees, do not bring your torso past you hips, exhale and lift, flat back, abs tight, slight bending your knees and shoulder is back and exhale lift. This exercise focuses a lot on the hamstrings, inhale and exhale, good and exhale, perfect."
