" The next exercise I’m going to show you is a chest fly with bent arms. If the straight arm chest fly is too difficult for you, you can come on upstairs and use the chest fly with the arms bent. Make sure that you adjust the seat so that when you reach up for the bars, your arm is at a 90 degree angle. Make sure you adjust the weight to what is comfortable for you. Go ahead and take a seat. Feet are pressed firmly on the floor. Navel to spine. Go ahead and reach out. Loose grip on the bars. Abs tight. Exhale squeeze. Inhale open. You don’t want to bring the weight back so far that the weight plates touch, so keep that in mind. Inhale open. Exhale squeeze. Inhale open. Again, exhale and inhale open. Very good. "
