The next stretch I'm going to show you is for your glutes. And piriformis, which is a muscle that lies deep within your gluts. Now if your a runner, its a very important stretch to do. You're going to lay on your back. And from here, what you're going to do, is you're going to bring your ankle and place it over your knee. From here, you can hold onto your shin. Or, if you are flexible enough, you can hold onto your leg and slowly bring your knee in towards your chest. Ok, but that is more for very flexible people. So I recommend that you just hold onto your knee, hold onto your shin, and slowly bring your knee in towards your chest. If you can. You may feel it. I'm feeling it right now. I'm obviously not very flexible, I'm not very flexible my glut muscles, ok. So just hold that stretch right there. You're going to feel it right there in the glut. And we're going to switch sides here. Make sure that the ankle is right on top of the knee. You're holding, slowly bringing it in towards your chest. And that?s a great stretch for your gluts and piriformis muscles
