"Now I'm going to show you some upper body stretches. The stretch I'm going to show you now is for your chest, pectoral muscles, and shoulder muscles. Your going to need a, I'm doing this against a pole. You can also do this against a wall, the corner of a wall. What I'm going to have you do is your going to place your arm behind the surface, like I am doing, ninety degree bent, and from here it is very, very slight movement. All your doing is going to rotate your upper body slightly, so that you feel this stretch, right along the front of your shoulder and a little bit in your pec. Now very important not to over do it. Okay, I know it feels good, that stretch feels wonderful in the shoulder, however, over time if done incorrectly may cause shoulder problems, which you do not want to have. Shoulder impingement, very painful, so let's be very gentle. That's your pec stretch. If you don't have a pole or surface that you can place your arm up on, you can also place your arms behind your back, keeping your chest up, rolling your shoulders down and back."
