Hi, I'm Jason Gerardo at the Gold Key Racket Club in beautiful Pheonix, Arizona, on behalf of Expert Village. Now I want to talk to you about your recovery time. What I notice a lot of players doing, a lot of club players, a lot of players around the valley, a lot of different levels for example. Is players will hit their shot and not recover quick enough. And you have to make sure you are recovering quick enough, if your rackets down you're not going to be ready for the next shot. So for example, they are stretching out wide for a shot, and they're rackets are still recovering, they are a little bit off balance, my racket's down here, still watching your shot. And we call this spectating. And a lot of players will do this, very very common. You are watching your shot way too long, you might as well get a ticket and grab a seat. You have to feel like you're ready for your next shot. You hit your shot, and you are out of your shot right away to get ready for the next shot so you can react in time. So this is what I would like to see, I would like to see a hit, and then ready again. And you can watch your shot, you can be ready for your shot with your racket up. This is not that big, you can still get around it visually. The one thing that people make the mistake of doing is hitting, getting off balance and their racket is down right here and they are not ready for it if it comes to the back hand side. Being ready for the back hand, if it comes for the over head, anything you have to be ready for it.
