OK, in the game of squash, our opponents will hit the ball, they try to put us to the back wall. So, how do we get the ball out of the corner? Well, if you're at the tee, and the ball goes to the back corner, there's a lot of way of getting to it, so. One way is a four step drop, which is right foot, see, I'm at the tee, I'm watching the ball, I turn, right foot is here, left foot is here, right foot goes here, and then I step into the back corner. So, whatever shot I want to hit out of here I can get to the ball of the four step drop. And then I go back to the tee. Or, I can do a three step drop. Which will be left foot, right foot, left foot. So I'm still in position, that's a very good way of getting to the back corner of two. Or, I can side step. Which puts me in good position. Now, if I'm under incredible pressure, I might just do the side step every time. If I have time, I might do the four step. Because I want to be in the strongest position I can. So, what we're going to do is I want to show you how to practice this stuff. So, if you're doing a four step drop, you would turn, so you're going to right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot and then pretend to hit the ball. So if you do these drills you don't have to have a ball, if you do the movement drills, you will find that your game is going to improve. The three step drop is going to be left foot, right foot, left foot so that I've got my leading leg always in a strong position depending on what I want to do. So, and then the side to side is just like that which is a very good way also. So, we're going to do a different view of this so you can get a different look, but this is great stuff to practice on. You don't need a ball, you don't need a court, you just need an area where you can measure off this distance, and then just do the drill, so.
