Welcome to Expert Village. My name is Dr. Ed Riffel. Now we are going to work on some side bendings to get this and to also work on the lateral tissues of the soft spine so I'll clip myself in and hear a snap. On this one you are going to go all the way over from side to side from a pendulum. You put your hands over your head in just a hanging pendulum like this. You are getting the lateral aspects, the quadratic lumborum. You are extending the spine and opening up the lumbal sacral disc and getting a little bit more circulation in there and letting your legs hang loose so you don't put a strain on your legs.
