Welcome to Expert Village my name is Dr. Ed Riffel. In this clip we're going to talk about setting up the inversion table. This particular one is a Hang Ups and it's portable. All we do is extend this unit out, lock it, and then we're just going to flip it over like this. Then we have to size ourselves up. It has little increments on here to tell your height and weight. We're just going to set that up right now. Click it in and we always, like any equipment, you always make sure every thing's safe. You want to check, make sure every things safe and sound. For beginners we recommend a safety belt which is right here. You want to put a clip over here if you're just starting this. You clip that there so it will keep you from going all the way over. You might want to check with your doctor or read the instructions, these come with instruction. It's very; very safe I've been using this for a long, long time. Doing inversion twenty or thirty years.
