"One other aspect of the treadmill that we haven't talked about yet is the incline. What the incline does is just that; it inclines the treadmill and simulates running uphill. This is great for people who run road races, marathons. To stimulate walking or running uphill, I would press the up arrow. Select again to make the hill a little bit steeper. To lower the incline, simply press the down arrow. This will bring you back to level ground. If you're ever feeling light headed, short of breath or faint, immediately the emergency stop. When using the emergency stop button, be sure to grasp a handrail before pulling the emergency stop. Otherwise, the sudden stop of the treadmill could cause you to lose your balance and fall."
