"Emily is here sitting in Thunderbolt, where you are sitting on your shins with hips down to your heels. It can be comfortable but it can be better so I'm going to have her lift up, placing a blanket underneath her, sit back down, how's that feel? We are going to have her do a nice Thunderbolt breath flow and kind of get some blood running through her and also any time that you can do a breath flow it's wonderful practice to the final moment. Coming into the breath flow, hands come to the thighs, perfect. Ready? Inhale, lengthen through your spine, exhale, drop your arms down, inhaling all the way arms lifting go up to the knees, exhale, drop right back down into Thunderbolt and drop the hands to the thighs. Inhale and lengthen through the spine, exhale and drop the arms down. Inhale, arms up, lift up to the knees. Exhale and drop the arms back down to the thighs. Let's do that one more time. Inhale and lengthen through the spine and exhale, drop the arms down, inhaling all the way up, beautiful, exhale and lower the hips down, hands to the thighs."
