"Another hip opener which is a great way to release stress and strain in the lower back at our hip area. This is also good if you have tightness or tension that goes down the Sciatica area of your outer leg. You want to sit with your shins stacked on top of each other as much as possible and you can work towards taking the top ankle over past the bottom knee. Top knee comes above the bottom ankle and then just again sitting up nice and tall. Try to lengthen your tailbone extend the crown of your head starting with your hands behind you find the length of your torso nice and long. And then you can take your hands forward coming into a forward bend joining your chest toward your top shin. Try to keep the openness between the upper arm bones lengthen the back of your neck and then you can start to walk your hands up and back and join them behind your pelvis to extend the two. The opposite with your torso coming back to stretch now the front of your hips a little bit more. Pressing your hands down to the floor lift yourself back up and release your legs out."
