Because those donuts rise up really quick I put the oil to warm up already. I heated it up on a high fire, a high temperture but once it is hot I would put it on a medium cause you don't want the oil to be too hot. So it would not burn the donuts from the outside and the inside would be still raw. So we are going to start with the self rising flour, we are going to add the pinch of salt, the pinch of baking powder, the yogurt, the rum, the egg, and we are going to mix it up together. I'm going to add the sugar. It should be sticky, it should not be a nice hard dough. It should be a sticky one. Now it is ready and we are going to take it to the oil to be fried.
