"So now it has been about 5-7 minutes and I'm going to check if pine nuts are done. They are perfect, you can smell them and that is when you kind of start to know when your nuts are almost done and nice and brown. So you can see here that these are done cause they turn a nice light brown color. What I'm going to do is I'm going to pour them into my stuffing here. Be very careful cause the pan is pretty hot. Pine nuts are really going to give our mixture a nice nutty flavor and like to keep them whole just because whenever you eat them, when you bite them with the mixture you get that nice crunch in there. However if you like pecans also add them to your mixture and process them. Another thing if you are trying to be a little bit more economical you can add other types of nuts if you don't like pine nuts. You can do walnuts or pecans, pretty much any nut would do really well in this situation. That is what your final stuffing would look like. "
