"So now that I have my olives and my cheese pulsed together I'm going to start adding in some of my other ingredients. The first thing I'm going to add is some dry thyme and you see here this is dry thyme. I really like using dry thyme whenever I can't get fresh thyme. Right now it is really not in season where I live so we are going to use dry and dry is really great cause it is really pretty pulpiness. The few dry herbs that actually taste the way is taste when it is fresh which I really, really like. So these are the dry thyme leaves and I'm going to place about a teaspoon about a half a teaspoon into my mixture. Actually I'm going to add another half teaspoon cause the flavor of the time would really once all the ingredients mix together will really start to involve and get stronger. Again pulse it one more time to get the thyme leave intertwines. Perfect now it is time to add in our next ingredient. "
