    "I'll be teaching you the "Single Straight Leg Stretch" from the Abdominal Series of Five and the Pilates beginners mat work. The flow and execution of this exercise. Bring both knees into your chest. Curl your head, neck and shoulders up. Reach your right leg straight to the ceiling; take both hands over the ankle. And reach and hold onto that ankle. Lengthen this leg out to forty-five degrees, holding it at forty-five degree Look at your belly. Take a deep breath in, pull back twice, elbows wide. One - two and switch your legs. And straighten that leg and reach, reach and switch. Pull - pull and switch. Keeping that leg straight. Lengthening out through the heel. One, two pulls, and stretch. And one - two pulls, and stretch. Pulling the abdominals in and up. Keeping your eyes on the prize! And the prize is your flat belly! Pulling nice and tight into those legs. Bring both knees into your chest. Lengthen both legs all the way to the ceiling. Lengthen out, flex through the heels. Lower your head, lower your arms, bend both knees in and release. And that is how we do the "Single Straight Leg Stretch"."
