"One Leg Circle to the left leg. Bring the left knee in, straight up towards the ceiling. Find that anchor on the right leg. Firmly flex that foot, press it down into the mat. Hands, hips shoulders and head. Slight turnout of the left leg. Lengthen up through the inner thigh, out through the big toe. First we're going to cross to the right shoulder. Over, down and around, out to the side and exhale and nail that landing. Over, down around, reach out through the leg and exhale; nail it. Over down around and pull in and nail those hips to the mat. One more time. Over, down around and nail that landing. And reverse. Out to the side, lengthen through the leg, come all the way to the center and nail it. Keep those hips down. Reaching around and pull up. Then reaching around. And notice how I'm anchoring her hips down into the mat so that she can move her leg and keep her hips steady. One more. Keep that belly in. Exhale and pull in. And there you go. "One Leg Circle" to the left leg."
