"I'm going to teach you the "one leg circle" with the execution and the flow of the exercise. Bring right knee into your chest; keep your arms anchored to the mat. Lengthen that leg straight up. Firmly anchor the heel, the hips, the hands, the shoulders and the head into the mat. Slight turnout of the leg. Reach up through the inner thigh, out through the toes. We're going to cross that foot over towards your left shoulder, down and around to your ankle, out towards me, back up to the center and return home. Breath is definitely part of this. We're going to inhale around the first part of the circle, exhale around the second part of the circle, and return home. Firmly. So it's like a gymnast hitting the landing. Over, inhale, exhale around and come home. Good. Over, inhale, exhale around come home. Now, go a little faster and anchor the hips. Over down around and pull up. Over, down around and pull up. Now reverse the direction. Out and around, reach up; exhale. Out and around reach and exhale, anchoring that leg. One more time. Over and around, reach and exhale and hold it here. This is the right side, not a scissor! We're going to switch sides. Scissor the leg down and lift the other one up."
