Delicious lavash bread comes from Armenia. Combined with chicken and vegetables, it is an original and tasty addition to any lunchtime. Besides chicken, this recipe uses courgette, onions, red, yellow and green peppers, spinach and cherry tomatoes.
How to make a chicken wrap with lavash bread - For the lavash bread, roast a tablespoon of sesame seeds for a few minutes and then remove - Add the seeds to 250g of flour - In a bowl, add 125cc of warm water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 10g of fresh yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar - Add olive oil to the flour and sesame seeds. Mix them together and then knead - Let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Cut three halves of red, green and yellow peppers into thin strips and do the same with half a courgette - Cut a chicken breast into strips - Cut the rested dough into 4, make them into little balls and then crush them. Stretch with a rolling pin and cut into circles - Place the tortillas into a hot pan and brown on both sides - In a deep frying pan, sauté the chicken with olive oil and salt. Remove and set aside - Sauté all the vegetables into strips. After a few minutes, add the chicken and half a can of sweet corn - Finally, add 5 or 6 cherry tomatoes, spinach leaves, soya sauce and pepper - Take one of the lavash breads you have prepared and fill it with chicken and vegetables
