Hi, I'm Rachel Yatuzis and I'm going to show you how to clean plastic car windows. A lot of cars nowadays have plastic windows like Jeeps or a lot of convertibles or things like that and the windows are a lot easier to clean than people may think. If you've seen my other videos, you know I rant and rave about vinegar and water. This is the perfect thing for plastic car windows. It's a great disinfectant, and since it's a disinfectant it gets down in the cracks and crevices into the porous material of the plastic and really cleans them really really well. So you just want to spray a mixture of vinegar and water. I would say this is about a fourth, fifth or a fourth full of vinegar, and the rest of it's water. And then just wipe it with a paper towel. The vinegar evaporates quickly, so it keeps it from leaving streaks and it works excellent for plastic 'cause it's a great disinfectant. It'll get rid of mold really easily and things like that. Also, if you need to take the windows out and do something more thorough, you can soak them in vinegar and water over night and that'll help disinfect a little more also and maybe make it a little more easier to get rid of any stains that may be on the windows. I'm Rachel Yatuzis and that's how you clean plastic car windows.
