Weight Watchers scales do more than calculate your current weight. They display useful indicators for weight management, including body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, water weight and bone mass. Each time you weigh in, your weight analysis is calculated based on the information you provided when you set up your scale, including your height, age and gender. In order to get the most accurate results from your scale, you should make sure your settings are correct and up to date. Changing the height is simple.

Select the appropriate user number by pressing the "Set" button and waiting for "User 1" or "P-01" to flash on the screen. Use the "Up" and "Down" arrows to select your user number. Press "Set" again to confirm.

Adjust your height setting using the "Up" and "Down" arrows to set your correct height. Press "Set" again to confirm new height entry.

Continue to view and save subsequent settings or your new height will not be saved. After confirming your height, the scale will flash your original age entry. Use the "Up" and "Down" arrows to adjust your age, if needed, and press "Set" again to confirm.

Confirm your gender. After setting your age, the screen will flash an icon for the current gender setting. To keep your current setting, simply press "Set." To adjust gender setting, use the "Up" and "Down" arrows before pressing the "Set" button to confirm.

Wait for the screen to go blank before attempting to weigh in. To get your full weight analysis, tap the scale and wait for "0.0" to appear on the screen. Press the "User" button multiple times until your user number appears. Wait for the screen to display "0.0" again before stepping on the scale.
