The Sentry CS-2 safe features a push button combination pad. It comes with a preset combination from the manufacturer. Don't panic if you've lost the combination for your CS-2 safe. You can recover the preset combination by contacting the safe's manufacturer. Rest assured that not just anyone can contact Sentry to try to get access inside your safe and your valuables. Only the safe's owner can request a copy of the combination. You must prove you're the rightful owner before any information is released. Once the information is verified, you can have the combination mailed, faxed or e-mailed to you.

Download and complete a notary form from Sentry. Provide your full name, address, telephone number and your safe's model and serial numbers. The serial number is printed on a sticker on the safe's door. Indicate how you want the combination delivered to you (mailed,faxed or e-mailed).

Get the form notarised. The notary must have a different last name from the safe's owner. The form must be signed by a notary public.
