The Volkswagen Touran comes with a factory issue CD-player and AM/FM receiver already installed. If you would like to upgrade the stereo system to a more advanced aftermarket system with features, such as DVD players, MP3 players and satellite navigation, you must first remove the old stereo. This can be done with a couple of tools and does not require the removal of much of the dashboard.
