The Jellyfish Mood Lamp adds a relaxing, mood-enhancing touch to a room. That is, until air bubbles start to appear and kill the mood, causing the floating jellyfish to get stuck in a cluster at the top of tank. Fortunately you can get rid of these bubbles in a few simple steps.

Empty the tank, then refill it with distilled water. Be sure to use only distilled water, not tap water.

  • The Jellyfish Mood Lamp adds a relaxing, mood-enhancing touch to a room.
  • Empty the tank, then refill it with distilled water.

Add a few drops of washing-up liquid to the tank.

Mix water and washing-up liquid in a separate bowl. Soak the jellyfish in the solution.

Place the jellyfish upside down in the tank and they'll gradually sink to the bottom and start swimming. Wait a few hours. If more air bubbles appear, add a little more washing up liquid to the tank.

TIP

If you perform these steps during set up, you shouldn't have any problems.

It sometimes takes up to a day for the jellyfish to resume swimming properly.

If air bubbles re-appear just repeat the process.
