Windows Compatibility

Reset the MP3 Player

On the left side of the player, you will see a "Hold" switch. Sliding it toward the arrow and then pushing down on the "User" and "Power" buttons at the same time should reset the player.

Turn Screen Display On

Turning on the screen display also requires plugging the flash player into your computer. After that, you would go to "Settings" and "Time" and turn "Display On." Ensure that the "Hold" button remains pushed away from the arrow during this procedure, and the screen should light up.
