Peavey is known for its guitar amplifiers and less known as a creator of electric guitars. The Peavey Limited Series was created as a less expensive guitar alternative for Americans seeking an American-made guitar that won't break the bank. Four guitars were made as a part of this guitar line. As of 2010, the guitar line is on longer in production, though it still can be found in many guitar shops.
