HP Quality Center is a software utility for servers and client workstations that operate in a business-oriented environment. This software is meant to ease the entire process of quality assurance within an organisation by providing quality assurance tools and detailed reports on your company. Servers running HP Quality Center in a compatible version of Windows are required to have a Quad Core AMD64 microprocessor or better. Servers running Linux must have a Quad Core AMD64 processor or better or an equivalent x86 microprocessor.

Application servers compatible with HP Quality Center include WebSphere 220.127.116.11, WebLogic 10.3 and JBoss 5.1. Compatible database servers include SQL 2008 with Service Pack 1, SQL 2005 with Service Pack 3, Oracle 18.104.22.168 and Oracle 10.2.0.4. Compatible web servers include II7, IIS6, IHS Server, WebLogic 10.3, Apache 2.2 and JBoss 5.1.
Client-Side Operating System Compatibility
Client workstations running HP Quality Center can choose between Windows XP 32-Bit with Service Pack 3, Windows Vista 32-Bit with Service Pack 1 or Windows 7 32-Bit.
Client-Side Web Browser Compatibility
Client workstations running HP Quality Center must use Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8. Other web browsers are not supported.
Client-Side Software Requirements
Client workstations are required to have additional software installed in order to run HP Quality Center. This includes Visual C++ 2005 with Service Pack 1, Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 with Service Pack 1 and Microsoft Office 2007 with Service Pack 2.
