Bathtubs and showers come in different colours and styles. Manufacturers also offer a variety of shapes for tubs and showers as well. In addition to these numerous options all manufacturers also provide bathtubs and shower units in typical dimensions.

Standard Bathtub

Dimensions: 30 inches (deep) x 60 inches (wide) x 14 inches (tall).

Standard bathtubs are available in many colours, but the most common colours are white and off-white or bone. The two most common materials that tubs are constructed out of are metal and fibreglass.

Garden Bathtub

Dimensions: 42 inches (deep) x 60-inches (wide) x 24-inches (tall).

It is also common for garden tubs to contain water jets within the tub. Most garden bathtubs are constructed of fibreglass.

Standard Shower Stall

Dimensions: 36 inches (deep) x 36 inches (wide) x 72 inches (tall).

Buyers of shower stalls have a variety of options to choose from. In addition to larger dimensions, some shower stalls have multiple shower heads and textured walls. Like standard bathtubs, the two most common colours are white and off-white.
