Hosting a baby shower for a friend or family member is a good way to be a part of the anticipation. A baby shower is great fun for the mother-to-be as well as for the guests. Playing shower games makes the event even more special and memorable. There are many different kinds of shower games to play, but one of the most fun is baby trivia.

Famous Moms' Birthdates

This game takes 10 minutes to play. Print the following questions and give each guest a copy and a pencil for writing their answers: What is the birth year of these famous actress moms? Anyone who has gone into an infant department or a store dedicated to babies knows there are an extraordinary number of apparatuses and things to buy for a baby. Baby Milestones

This is a good game for a couple's baby shower. The purpose of the game is to see how the expectant mom and dad answer simple questions about infant developmental milestones. To play the game, give each parent-to-be a copy of the questions below and let them have five minutes to answer them independently. At the end of the time have them read their answers for each question. They are given a small baby gift (diaper pins, baby lotion etc.) for each question they answer alike.

Answers: (1) 37 to 42 weeks, (2) 10 and 20 hours, (3) about 98.7, (4) 16 to 17 hours, (5) eight to 10 times a day, (6) at least two to five per day, (7) 11 to 14 months, (8) mama or dada, (9) hold him, rock him, change his diaper, feed him, sing to him, walk him or take a ride in the car.
