The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is the government agency in charge of the accreditation of colleges and universities in the Philippines. It releases a yearly list of the top-performing schools in the country based on schools' national passing rate at the licensing examinations administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
