The UAE is known to be advanced in technological, engineering, scientific, and business research and studies which is why most universities their have programs in these areas of study.

Abu Dhabi University is located in Abu Dhabi, the capital and the second largest city in the United Arab Emirates. The university has two campuses, one in Abu Dhabi and one in Al Ain. The school specialises in the subjects of business administration, computer sciences and information technology, education, engineering, arts and sciences, medicine and health sciences and more. The Khalifa University of Science, Technology & Research (KUSTAR) is based in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, UAE. It has merged with what used to be Etisalat University College in Sharjah.
