    Spice Girls

The quintet from England made a huge splash all over the world in the ‘90s, so gather four friends and dress up as this popular girl group. Remember that Ginger Spice wore a dress decorated with the British flag; Posh Spice wore mostly leather and black pumps; Baby Spice wore bright, colours with her hair in pigtails. Scary Spice wore cheetah print with her voluminous curly brown hair, and Sporty wore sweatpants and a tank top.

    Clinton and Lewinsky

Bill Clinton went through a huge scandal in the late 1990s over his sexual indiscretions with White House intern Monica Lewinsky. If you and a friend or spouse want to dress up together, you can find a cheap Clinton mask and a suit for the president, and a black dress and black beret for Lewinsky.

    Grunge Girl or Guy

The early 90s brought the likes of Kurt Cobain, Pearl Jam and other grunge rock bands to the forefront of music culture. Typically wearing messy hair, jeans with holes in them and plaid button-up shirts coupled with dirty T-shirts, the grunge admirers were everywhere in the ‘90s. Pair the basic look with an acoustic guitar or a skateboard, and you’re all set for the night.

    Night at the Roxbury

Before Will Ferrell became a huge movie star, he and Chris Kattan made names for themselves as the Butabi brothers in SNL sketches. The two would frequent the Roxbury club and pester women to dance with them while performing their strange head-to-the-side dance as the song “What is Love” played in the background. To dress up as the duo, wear some purple and blue suits with simple black T-shirts underneath. Add to the look a chain necklace, and carry around a fruity drink, and it’s time to dance.

The famous hit show “Blossom” aired in the early ‘90s and presented the day-to-day life of the lead character of the same name. Blossom typically wore bucket hats with a huge flower displayed off-centre. According to the website, The Frisky, Blossom also wore Doc Marten boots, a jean jacket and a floral print dress. Put on a big smile, and dance around like a fool the whole night, just like Blossom would have done.
