Vin Diesel has a well-muscled physique and many ladies swoon over his appearance. He is stylish and well-dressed, so that his muscles are accentuated in a subtle way rather than being too showy. Clothes play an important role in forming this appearance, with different clothes accentuating the right areas.

Body Shape

Clothes that accentuate a well-muscled physique also need to match the individual's body shape to give the right proportions. For example, cyclists are slimmer than body builders. To dress well, it's important to not only accentuate the muscles but consider the overall body structure. If you have muscular legs, then clothing that proportions the shoulders is a good idea. If you have a muscly upper body, but short legs, then tucking a shirt into the trousers will even things out.

Workout Clothes

Accentuating muscle in the gym is relatively straightforward because tight-fitting, breathable workout clothes are readily available. Lycra cycling shorts or leggings show off the form of muscular legs, especially during a yoga or Pilates class when the individual is performing slower more controlled moves. Sleeveless vest tops reveal bulging biceps while accentuating narrow hips and strong upper body. Cropped running tops show off a woman's toned stomach.

Men's Fashion

Understated, plain tank tops or T-shirts are a subtle, but stylish, way to highlight the shape of the upper torso. Broad shoulders can be accentuated with fitted, short sleeved shirts. Button down tops are a flexible option for both formal and informal occasion, as unloosing a button or two is suggestive of the muscle below. Wearing a tailored jacket adds not only style, but a snug shape around the body, too. To accentuate tight abs and butt muscles, fitted trousers work because the clothes cling and draw attention to this area.

Women's Fashion

Women's clothing lends itself to naturally showing shape and form. A fitted, short dress exposes the legs and arms without being too overdressed. However, it should not be too tight as this will over-accentuate muscle and potentially make the body appear masculine. Skinny jeans draw attention to the slender, but toned, legs and butt muscles, while a snug short sleeve T-shirt accentuates muscly arms. As it curves around the breasts, it falls over the stomach to hint at the muscly stomach below.
