The Best Ways to Get Fast Eyebrow Growth

Updated February 21, 2017

Eyebrows not only frame and play up your eyes but also frame your face, and are a major part of the overall appearance of your face. If you have over-tweezed or over-waxed your eyebrows, there are a few ways to speed up brow hair growth. While you are waiting for your hair to grow back in, use an eyebrow pencil to fill in sparse areas.

Diet

The health of the hair on your body, including eyebrow hair, is affected by your diet. Eat high-nutrient foods such as green, leafy vegetables, fruits, lean protein and low-fat dairy products. If you already eat a healthy diet, increase your protein intake and eat more spinach.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is nourishing to the skin and hair. It is also inexpensive and readily available at grocery stores. Massage a few drops of olive oil into your eyebrows at least once a day for 30 to 60 seconds at a time. Do it at night, right before you go to bed, so that the oil has plenty of time to work.

Castor Oil

Castor oil is another nourishing oil that you can use to stimulate eyebrow growth. It is one of the most effective methods you can use to encourage hair growth. Massage three drops of Castor oil into your eyebrows at least once a day for 30 to 60 seconds at a time. Do it at night, right before you go to bed, so that the oil has plenty of time to work. Continue to do so daily to quicken brow hair growth. You should see be a noticeable difference within one week.

Eyebrow Conditioner

Purchase an over-the-counter eyebrow conditioner from a department or chemist. There are many such products on the market. Eyebrow conditioners make varying claims regarding fast eyebrow growth. Commercial products have nutrients that condition the eyebrows, much in the same way that olive and Castor oils do.
