Lick the front of your bottom teeth.

Place the thumb and index finger just below the bottom lip, approximately 1/8 inch from the corners of your mouth.

Pinch your thumb and index finger together, and gently pull the bottom lip away from the teeth. Do not pull so far as to cause any pain.

Suck in a forceful breath through the bottom teeth. Continue to suck until you hear a high-pitched whistle.
