Chubb Safes manufactures safes for the secure storage of cash, valuables, data, documents and combined contents. Each safe in their line are burglary and fire tested by independent test laboratories to determine ratings. Quality testing is conducted on the safe doors, bolt work, drawer sliders, locks and handles as applicable for the different models.

Cash Safes

Chubb Safes produces four types of cash safes: the DuoGuard, ForceGuard, ProGuard and Trident. The DuoGuard has a burglary protection rating which ranges between grade 0 and I and a fire protection rating of S 60P. The safe can hold 40 to 443 litres and can be outfitted with key or electronic locks. The ForceGuard can hold 236 to 920 litres and has double doors for easy access. The ProGuard has a burglary protection rating of grade II and can hold 62 to 443 litres. This unit is also available with key or electronic locks. The Trident has a burglary protection rating which ranges between grade III and IV. The fire protection is 60 Paper, NT Fire 017 and it features an explosive VIEX protection rating of Grade III. The safe can hold 111 to 907 litres and can be accessed with key, combination or electronic locking mechanisms.

Document Safes

Chubb Safes manufactures five types of document safes to include the Binder File II, CS 300, Profile NT, RPC and File III. The Binder File III is made specifically for ring binder storage and has a fire protection of 120 Paper, NT Fire 017. The safe can hold 66 to 88 binders. The CS 300 safe can hold between 178 and 840 litres of documents. It features a fire protection rating of S 60P and S 120P as well as EN 1047-1. The Profile NT is a four drawer safe specifically manufactured for document storage. This model is capable of holding 74 to 278 litres of contents with a fire protection rating of 60 Paper, 120 Paper and NT Fire 017. The RPC has a fire rating of 60 Paper, 120 Paper and NT Fire 017 with a capacity that ranges between 160 and 400 litres. The File III is available in two, three or four drawer options with a fire protection rating of 60 Paper, 120 paper and NT Fire 017. The unit is capable of holding 922mm to 2640mm of documents.

Data Media Safes

There are two types of data media safes produced by Chubb Safes to include the DataPlus and the Micro 40 & 80. The DataPlus is available in five different sizes and can be adjusted for specific data storage needs. The unit has a fire protection rating of S120 P, EN 1047-1 and a burglary protection rating of S2, EN 14450 and UL 72. The DataPlus has a capacity which ranges between 11 and 556 litres. The Micro 40 & 80 has a fire protection rating of S 60 DIS, EN 1047-1 and can hold 37 to 81 litres.

Deposit Safes

The ProGuard DT is the only deposit safe manufactured by ChubbSafes. This unit has a burglary protection rating that ranges between grade DI and DII, EN 1143-2. The model feature a capacity of 45 to 180 litres of documents and an anti-fishing drawer to prevent access to the materials stored in the safe. The ProGuard DT can include a key or electronic lock feature and is available in four different sizes.
