Feathers can be incorporated into traditional and nontraditional wedding ceremonies alike. Keep feather flowers for your centrepieces only or use a feather motif throughout your wedding, including in bouquets, wedding favours, boutonnières and other wedding accessories. Feathers are an eco-friendly option for wedding parties as they make reusable souvenirs once the festivities are over.

Bouquets

Feather wedding bouquets include feather rose bouquets, which are available in a variety of colours. Not all feather bouquets feature flower shapes; some bouquets feature assorted feathers in various designs, such as peacock feather bouquets or bouquets made entirely of long white flowers with pearl and jewel accents. Feathers also may be added to bouquets, such as cascading bouquets.

Boutonnières

Feather flower boutonnières include simple arrangements, such as a single white feather paired with a purple flower-shaped feather bound with jewelled accents, or purple and black combinations. Single feather rose boutonnières are another option, such as red feather rose boutonnières for the groom and white feather rose boutonnières for the groomsmen. Feathers are also used as adornments for silk flower boutonnières, such as red silk flower boutonnières bordered with black feathers. Feathers glued together in the shape of real flowers are also options.

Centrepieces

Use feather flowers in your centrepieces. Group a colourful variety of feather roses or feathers glued together as flowers or go for one solid colour, such as white feather rose centrepieces with pearl strands and baby's breath or black and red rose centrepieces. Make large and small centrepieces depending on vase and feather size. For example, try combining silk flowers with feather flowers and long-stemmed feathers (such as peacock feathers) for tall centrepiece creations.

Accessories

There are a variety of feather flower accessories available as wedding favours or additional wedding decor accents. Feather and silk flower wands are an option for flower girls that they can keep post-ceremony, while ring bearers can use feather flower ring pillows as they walk down the aisle. Pew feather arrangements are another option if you would like the feather motif at your ceremony as well as your reception. Feather flowers are not limited to hand-held accessories; feathered hair accessories are also options for brides and bridesmaids.
