Many dairy brands offer non-fat or low-fat cheeses to fulfil your cravings. Although non-fat cheeses are usually processed, some cheeses are naturally low-fat. Non-fat mozzarella cheese in a serving size of ¼ cup usually contains 45 calories, 0 per cent fat, iron and potassium, 2 per cent cholesterol, 12 per cent sodium, 1 per cent carbohydrates, 9g protein, 10 per cent vitamin A and 25 per cent calcium. It can be difficult to develop taste for and cook with fat-free mozzarella cheese, however, it can be used to create baked pastas, pizzas, casseroles, lasagnes and soups.

Natural Low Fat Cheeses

Some cheeses are naturally low-fat and do not have any synthetic ingredients. They are satisfying in taste and may help you consume less.
