The Joyride/RV is a lightweight cruiser manufactured by Sanyang Industry Company, Ltd. The joyride is available in two categories to include the Joyride/RV 125 and Joyride/RV 200. This cruiser is equipped with a wide and extended seat for driver comfort. The flat floor panel offers additional space for personal items.

Safety Features

The Joyride EVO constructed by Sym is a cruiser that features dual headlights that work in both high beam and low beam settings for driving safety in any light condition. The digital display is lighted in order to be easily readable by consumers in both day and night driving situations. This display provides the operator with information about fuel level, engine temperature, mileage, time of day, speed, revolutions per minute and tachometer readings.

Convenience Features

The Sanyang Joyride is designed with an automatic fuel tank cap that is attached to the cruiser. The cap can be manually swivelled out of the way during filling. This design features prevents misplaced caps and possible related malfunctions. An automatic rear step is located at the back of the unit. This step can be extended for the comfort of a second passenger. The large under-seat storage area is capable of storing a helmet.


The Sym Joyride is a 4-stroke, four-valve, single-cylinder cruiser. The Joyride 125 EVO has a displacement of 124.5cc, while the Joyride 200i EVO is 171.2cc. The liquid cooling system is complemented by a carburettor/EFI ignition system and a continuously variable transmission. The emission system is built for euro 3 standards. The front suspension is a telescopic fork design, while the rear suspension is built as a unit swing.


The dimensions of both the Joyride 125 EVO and the 200i EVO are the same. The cruiser is 2,010mm in length, 750mm in width and 1,250mm in height. The wheelbase is measured at 1,440mm. Dry weight of both units is 155kg and the cruiser can hold up to 7.5 litres of fuel. The front tire is rated for 110/90-13, while the rear tire is rated at 130/70-12. The front and rear brake utilise a 273mm and 220mm disk respectively.
