Scroll the mouse wheel on any Google map and the map will zoom in and out. Scroll wheel zooming is built into every map on Google's website, and enabled for all visitors to the site. By contrast, Google Maps that are embedded into other websites through Google API do not come with scroll wheel zooming enabled. To add the function to your maps, include an extra line in the block of each map's embed code.
