After installation or software upgrade, some users may get an activation error upon start-up. Uninstall and reinstall SAM Broadcaster in the event of the activation error. All files associated with SAM Broadcaster must be completely removed from the hard drive for this technique to be effective.

    Open the Start menu and click "Control Panel." Select "Uninstall a program" from the Control Panel menu.

    Find SAM Broadcaster from the list of available programs. Click "Uninstall" and follow the command prompts to uninstall the software.

    Return to the "Uninstall a Program" window. Select "MySQL Servers and clients 3.23.52" from the list and click "Uninstall." Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the removal.

    Open the Computer icon from the computer desktop and double-click the main hard drive. Open the "Program Files" folder and scroll down to the "SpacialAudio" folder. Right-click the folder and select "Delete."
