Like all social networking sites, Google-owned Orkut has a responsibility to protect the privacy of its users. As such, Orkut account holders can control who has access to the content they post. If you want to see someone's private pictures without hacking their account, you're going to have to ask them to allow you to do so. While there's a chance the owner of the pictures you want to view may have blocked you unintentionally, there may be a reason you can't access the material you want to see.
