Tumblr provides automatic features for including links to your Twitter and Flickr profiles on your blog, but as of the time of publication Facebook is conspicuously not included. If you want to include a link to your Facebook profile or Facebook fan page, you'll need to access your blog's HTML code. Once you do, you can include a simple HTML link to Facebook or embed a Facebook widget.

Navigate to Tumblr.com and log in to your account.
Click the title for the blog to which you want to add a link to Facebook at the top of your Dashboard.
Click the "Customize Appearance" link in the right column.
Click the "Theme" tab at the top of your Customize page. If you do not have custom HTML enabled, click the "Enable Custom HTML" button.
Locate the area in which you want your Facebook link to appear. If you are not very familiar with HTML code, search for links or text in your blog's sidebars, header or footer to give your self an idea of what is where.
Paste the following code in the desired area of your HTML, replacing the example URL and text with your link and text:
<a href="http://www.Facebook.com/example"> Insert Link Text Here </a>
If you are using a Facebook fan page widget, simply paste the entire embed code into the desired area.
Click the "Update Preview" button to verify your link is in the appropriate location. If you want to move your link, you can cut and paste it elsewhere in your HTML code.
Click the "Save + Close" button to apply your changes.
