How to Play Slow Motion on VLC

VLC Player is a feature-filled media player that supports a wide variety of audio and video formats, including formats such as FLAC and OGG that are not commonly supported by other media players. Apply the slow motion effect to any audio or video from VLC Player's "Playback" menu. VLC Player allows you to determine how slow a file is played by offering varying levels of slow motion playback.

    Launch VLC Player.

    Click "Media" at the top of VLC Player. Click "Open File" and select the file you want to play in slow motion. Click the "Play" button.
