Every Tumblr blog has a primary page that displays all of your posts and items that you have reblogged. However, you can also choose to set up additional pages that act as static HTML items and branch off from your main site. Tumblr automatically adds navigation links to your additional pages on your primary blog page, but you can choose to hide them if you prefer to keep those pages private.

Go to http://www.tumblr.com in a web browser and sign in using your e-mail address and password.
Go to the "Dashboard" tab at the top of the page.
Click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner and then click "Customize Your Blog."
Click on the "Pages" menu at the top of the page.
Click the "Edit" button next to the name of the page you want to hide in your navigation section.
Uncheck the box next to "Show a Link to This Page" in the pop-up window that opens.
Click the "Save Page" button and then the "Save + Close" button to update your blog layout and hide the navigation link.
